    My name is Tim Berger, In 2018 I became Dutch and World Champion Natural Bodybuilding Mens Physique. It doesn’t matter if I’m in  preparation for a competition or just had one, I will always go all the way in the gym and keep pushing my limits. When my body is screaming no, I keep pushing for another rep. No pain no gain!

    My name is Sofie Neplenbroek. A few years I ago didn’t have any fitness motivation and was making excuses just so I didn’t have to go to the gym. But then I decided to make some changes in my life and it was at this point that I realised I had a passion for fitness.
    During this time I met alot of new people and convinced myself to get over my fear and just do it! Ever since that day things changed for me, and it was all for the better.
